Server infrastructure hosted primarily with Hetzner Online GmbH
Hosting control panels with enhanced security (including CPFence‑style protections)
WHMCS‑based client billing and management
Website themes, plugins, and digital products distributed only under valid agency or developer licenses

All services are offered subject to availability and compliance with these Terms.

3. Account Eligibility & Responsibility

You must:

Be at least 18 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction
Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information
Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

You are fully responsible for all activities conducted under your account, including actions performed by third parties you authorize.

4. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

The following activities are STRICTLY PROHIBITED on KasbPro services:

4.1 Illegal & Harmful Activities

Any activity that violates local, national, or international law
Fraud, phishing, scams, impersonation, or financial crime
Distribution of malware, spyware, ransomware, or harmful code
Unauthorized access, hacking, or denial‑of‑service (DDoS) attacks

4.2 Spam & Abuse

Bulk emailing, spam, or unsolicited messaging
Email harvesting, scraping, or abuse of mailing systems
Hosting or linking to spam‑related content

4.3 Intellectual Property Violations

Use, storage, or distribution of nulled, cracked, pirated, or unlicensed:
- Themes
- Plugins
- Software
- Scripts

No exceptions are allowed.
KasbPro only permits software usage with valid licenses.

4.4 Prohibited Content

Child exploitation or abuse material
Hate speech, harassment, or extremist content
Illegal drugs, weapons, or regulated goods
Adult content where prohibited by law or our upstream providers

5. Security & System Integrity

KasbPro prioritizes security through:

Server‑level firewalls and monitoring
Enhanced control panel security (e.g., CPFence‑like systems)
Abuse detection, malware scanning, and access control

You agree not to bypass, disable, or interfere with security mechanisms.

Any action compromising server integrity may result in immediate suspension or termination without notice.

6. Server Infrastructure & Third‑Party Providers

Our infrastructure may be hosted with third‑party providers such as Hetzner Online GmbH.

You agree to comply with:

KasbPro policies
Hetzner’s Acceptable Use Policies
Any upstream network or data‑center rules

Violations affecting upstream providers may result in immediate account action.

7. Billing, Payments & Refunds

7.1 Billing System

All billing is managed via WHMCS
Invoices must be paid before or on the due date

7.2 Payment Methods

We accept:

Stripe (cards and supported methods)
Approved local payment gateways

7.3 Late Payments

Services may be suspended for non‑payment
Data may be deleted after prolonged non‑payment

7.4 Refund Policy

Unless explicitly stated:

Setup fees are non‑refundable
Domains are non‑refundable
Abuse or policy violations void refund eligibility

8. Suspension & Termination

KasbPro reserves the right to suspend or terminate services with or without notice if you:

Violate these Terms
Engage in prohibited activity
Create legal or security risks
Harm KasbPro, its users, or third parties

No refunds are issued for terminated accounts due to violations.

9. Data & Backups

Customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups
KasbPro does not guarantee backups, even if backup services are provided
We are not liable for data loss due to user action, software failure, or attacks

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

All services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:

Merchantability
Fitness for a particular purpose
Uptime guarantees unless stated in an SLA

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Kasb LLC and KasbPro shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of data, revenue, or business
Actions by third‑party providers or customers

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in the last 30 days.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kasb LLC, KasbPro, employees, partners, and suppliers from claims arising from:

Your use of services
Content you host or distribute
Violations of law or these Terms

13. Changes to Terms

KasbPro may revise these Terms at any time.
Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws applicable to Kasb LLC’s jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
